The insider David Pagnotta revealed that Sidney Crosby's linemate Bryan Rust is on the trade block.

Kyle Dubas seems poised to make big changes in the Pittsburg Penguins organization.
Multiple reports are confirming that the President of Hockey Operations and General Manager of the team is showing interest in many players on the market, and made nearly all of his players available to other teams.
David Pagnotta of The Fourth Period recently came forward with a massive declaration, confirming Dubas' plans to ship key team members away.
Some rumors involved Evgeni Malkin, others Kris Letang, but this one involves Sidney Crosby's longtime linemate Bryan Rust.
In a recent intervention, Pagnotta confirmed that Rust, like most of his teammates, is available.
In his own words:
"Well, he's available. If you talk to people around the league, Kyle Dubas has made it known that pretty much everybody, including Rust, is available."

Check out his full declaration here:

Rust, 32, has 12 points in 19 games so far this year. He's currently playing the third season of his six-year, $5,125,000 AAV contract, and has a no-trade clause until July 1st, 2025.
The veteran forward spent his whole career with the Penguins, who drafted him 80th overall in 2010. Since then, he scored 384 points in 586 regular season games, as well as 35 points in 79 playoff games.
Trading him to a team looking for depth in the top six ahead of the playoffs could bring back an interesting return to Pittsburgh.
However, waiting until next summer, when his no-trade clause will expire, would make more sense.
Meanwhile, Rust and the Penguins will try to win their fourth straight game tonight against the Stanley Cup champions Florida Panthers, who have a lot of momentum after back-to-back wins over the Carolina Hurricanes.
