The Vegas Golden Knights release official training camp roster and schedule

Today, September 17, Vegas Golden Knights General Manager Kelly McCrimmon unveiled the official roster and schedule for the team's Core Hydration-sponsored 2024 Training Camp.

Its been revealed that there are sixty-three players on the roster: twenty-one defensemen, six goalies, and thirty-six forwards. Practices for the camp, which will be held at City National Arena are free to the public.

On Thursday, September 19, the Golden Knights will take the ice for their inaugural practice. The squad is divided into three groups: Team Vegas, Team Golden, and Team Knights, and there are several practice sessions scheduled.

Several of the NHL's biggest names are on the roster for training camp, including returning team captains Alex Pietrangelo, Mark Stone, and Jack Eichel. The full training camp roster is listed below and is subject to change.

The preseason begins on Sunday, September 22, at 5 p.m. PT when Vegas visits San Jose to play the Sharks. The Los Angeles Kings will be their opponent in their first preseason home game on Wednesday, September 25, at T-Mobile Arena. Puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m. PT.
