New jerseys and logo rebranding for the LA Kings and Anaheim Ducks next season
The Los Angeles Kings and the Anaheim Ducks are getting new jerseys and brand kits for the new season.
According to a report, Fanatics the brand in charge of producing NHL jerseys for the 2024-25 season has revamped the logos of both teams. The NHL is expected to reveal the designs at the draft event in Las Vegas.
"Getting more updates since posting the new #JerseyWatch video yesterday.
I can now confirm #GoKingsGo and #FlyTogether will have new uniforms AND new primary logos next season!
Rebrand bonanza coming to SoCal this summer. Both should be out by the #NHLDraft."
Further details have surfaced regarding the redesigns. Reports suggest that while the Ducks will give a old school touch to their Mighty Ducks logo the Kings will do likewise with their Gretzky era logo;
"I got a look at both logos and can say this:
🟠 #FlyTogether is a modernized version of the Mighty Ducks logo in orange, black, and gold.
⚫️ #GoKingsGo is a modernized version of the Gretzky-era logo in black and silver with a new crown design inside.
Haven't seen jerseys yet."
As for the jerseys those are yet to be revealed. The new logos and uniforms shared by both teams aim to bring a new start for fans after challenging seasons. Despite the Kings making it to the playoffs they couldn't outshine the Oilers. Meanwhile the Ducks wrapped up their season in 7th place within their division.
