Tony DeAngelo, the NHL player known for his controversial career, has finally spoken out about the rumors linking him to a move to the KHL.

After a challenging few years, DeAngelo, aged 28, experienced the most difficult season of his career in 2023-24. He played in only 31 games with the Carolina Hurricanes, struggling to make a significant impact. During the regular season, he scored three goals and added eight assists, and he contributed two assists in nine playoff games.
Recent reports have suggested that DeAngelo might be heading to the KHL. With DeAngelo entering free agency on July 1st and not yet securing a contract, speculation about his potential move to the KHL has intensified.
