Chris Kreider took a unique approach to honor Montreal Canadiens coach Martin St. Louis while also playfully teasing him.

At this week's Shoulder Check Showcase charity event, which featured several prominent former and current NHL players, both Kreider and St. Louis participated.
During the event, New York Rangers forward Chris Kreider pulled off a remarkable shootout move and used the opportunity to poke fun at St. Louis, who was coaching the opposing team.
Kreider's playful jab involved him scoring a goal and then making a pointed gesture towards St. Louis on the bench.
One of the funnier moments of last night, Chris Kreider was pointing to Martin St. Louis who was the coach of the White team.

That was one of St. Louis go-to shootout moves.
Kreider's gesture was a nod to St. Louis's well-known shootout technique, and he found humor in playfully imitating it in front of the audience.
This lighthearted moment between the two former teammates, who played together with the Rangers about a decade ago, brought plenty of laughter to both the attendees and those watching from home.
