The Chicago Blackhawks recently benched Taylor Hall, and now he's seemingly becoming a trade candidate, with the Boston Bruins a potential suitor as they look to turn around their poor start to the season with plenty of pressure on their shoulders.

Taylor Hall was once one of the best players in the entire NHL, but after an injury riddled run with the Chicago Blackhawks, it's safe to say that his stock has been going way down after missing almost the entire 2023/24 campaign due to injury.
Now, the team officially benched the former Hart Trophy winner, signalling that he will likely become one of the top trade candidates on the board as this season continues to roll on.
One team that seemingly could bring in Hall is one of his former teams, the Boston Bruins, whose fans have already made it known on social media that they would bring him back in a heartbeat.
In recent times, reports have emerged that GM Don Sweeney and the Bruins are targeting a top-six forward, and given the connection already to Hall, it makes perfect sense that he could be a player they target.
While Hall may not be the player he once was, he has still posted six points in 17 games played this season, meaning that with more talent around him, he could potentially be a solid fit for these struggling Bruins.
The current regime in Boston is under immense pressure to turn this season around in a hurry, and that could force their hand into making another change after they brought in Tyler Johnson recently.
Hall isn't the only option for Boston, and he may not be the big solution to their issues, but given the lack of experienced and likely cheaper players that are out there right now, so keep a close eye on this situation.
