Another trade has been announced today, involving the Detroit Red Wings and the San Jose Sharks.

The Detroit Red Wings and the San Jose Sharks have executed a trade just ahead of the NHL Draft. The Red Wings will send defenseman Jake Walman to the San Jose Sharks in exchange for a second-round selection in the 2024 NHL Draft.

UPDATE: The #RedWings today traded a 2nd round pick in the 2024 NHL Draft (originally Tampa's) and Jake Walman to the San Jose Sharks in exchange for future considerations.

Earlier today, the Red Wings traded prospect right-handed defenseman Andrew Gibson to the Nashville Predators in exchange for winger Jesse Kiiskinen and a 2024 second-round pick (53rd overall).
