The Toronto Maple Leafs finalized a trade with the Anaheim Ducks at the 2024 NHL Draft.

Breaking news: Instead of making a selection at the 23rd rank, Brad Treliving and the Maple Leafs have decided to trade.
They've sent the 23rd overall pick to the Anaheim Ducks in exchange for picks 31 and 58.
"The #leafs trade pick No. 23 to Anaheim for Nos. 31 and 58. Toronto adds a second-rounder."
The Ducks selected Norwegian defenseman Stian Solberg with the 23rd overall pick.
"Stian Solberg, Anaheim Duck!

We've selected the Norwegian defenseman with the 23rd overall pick in the 2024 NHL Draft."
Many fans anticipated Brad Treliving making a selection at the 23rd pick, especially after the success of the Leafs' 2023 first-round pick, Easton Cowan. Now, attention turns to the 31st selection, hoping for another successful pick.
Amid swirling rumors about Mitch Marner, fans eagerly await news on the star forward's future. However, any potential trade will require patience.
Stay tuned for updates.
