According to a new report from the insider Elliotte Friedman, the Pittsburgh Penguins are interested in the Vancouver Canucks forward Nils Hoglander.

For the past weeks, the Pittsburgh Penguins' President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Kyle Dubas hasn't hid his intentions to shake up his roster.
He has been actively looking to bolster his team on the trade market, leaving many analysts to share their thoughts on the situation.
Many players were linked to the Penguins, and many current team members are reportedly available on the market.
With that in mind, there's a general belief that big moves are coming in Pittsburgh.
Elliotte Friedman shared an interesting development, suggesting the team could be very interested in the Vancouver Canucks' forward Nils Hoglander.
Hoglander, 24, has been involved in plenty of rumors recently. He has been struggling this season, tallying only five points in 23 games, but his style and potential fit with what the Penguins are looking to add to their roster.
"Hoglander is going through it right now in Vancouver where he's struggling to get ice time. I think Pittsburgh is a team that's very interested, and Pittsburgh is a team that makes a lot of sense. You look at the players Pittsburgh is collecting, and Hoglander fits it."
The Canucks certainly wouldn't mind parting ways with Hoglander before his three-year, $3 million AAV contract kicks in next season.
He made many mistakes in recent games that forced the coaching staff to limit his ice time.
He went from averaging around 15 minutes on the ice to less than 10 per game in November in a fourth-line role.
Despite the Penguins' struggles, Hoglander could be able to bounce back in Pittsburgh. Let's not forget that he had a 51-point, 24-goal season last year at only 22.
And if the Canucks aren't happy with him, they likely won't hesitate to part ways with him if they receive a decent offer.
