Three Canadian teams will be impacted by the NHL's and Gary Bettman's difficult decision to move the start times of four upcoming games.

The NHL has made some interesting schedule changes as they prepare for the 2024-25 Frozen Frenzy, one of the biggest days on their calendar, Tonight.
According to a press release earlier today, it's been revealed that the NHL has made some changes to the start times of four upcoming games in the early going of the 2024-25 season.
The November 9 Dallas Stars vs. Winnipeg Jets game will now begin at 2:00 PM CT. The January 3 Nashville Predators vs. Vancouver Canucks game has been rescheduled for 7:00 PM PT. The January 4 game between the Detroit Red Wings and Winnipeg Jets will now start at 6:00 PM CT. Last but not least, the Nashville Predators vs. Calgary Flames game scheduled for January 4 has been moved to 8:00 PM MT. The reason behind the change in these game times has not yet been revealed.
Game #230, Dallas Stars at Winnipeg Jets, scheduled for Nov. 9, will now begin at 2 p.m. CT.

Game #619, Nashville Predators at Vancouver Canucks, scheduled for Jan. 3, will now begin at 7 p.m. PT.

It has affected three Canadian teams. The Calgary Flames, Vancouver Canucks, and Winnipeg Jets. The Calgary Flames and Winnipeg Jets have both had incredible starts to the season. With a 5-0-0 start, Winnipeg is still the only NHL team without a loss. In addition to exceeding expectations, Calgary has gotten off to a scorching start, amassing points in each of their first four games.
Gary Bettman and the league office are anticipating another fantastic season for the NHL in 2024-2025 after adding a new team this summer. With the years off to a great start, fans are also thrilled with the way things are going.
