The Pittsburgh Penguins, led by General Manager Kyle Dubas and President of Hockey Operations, have finalized their opening night roster for the 2024-25 campaign.
There will be 13 forwards among the 22 players on Pittsburgh's roster when the season begins.
Goalie Alex Nedeljkovic has been placed on Injured Reserve, along with forwards Blake Lizotte and Bryan Rust. Additionally, forwards Vasily Ponomarev and Matt Nieto have been designated as Injured Non-Roster and Long-Term Injured Reserve, respectively.
"I feel good about the position... Joel had a great year last year. We just felt we were never going to regret having Tristan, Ned, Joel, we signed Filip Larsson too. With Ned injured, we'll start the year with Tristan and Joel." - Kyle Dubas
